Book your space today for our women’s retreat days. Muddy Boots sisterhood

Muddy Boots sisterhood is for women who are feeling the desire to deepen their connection to Mother Earth. It is for you if you love being outdoors and are curious to learn more about the natural world. If you want to experience outdoor yoga, try creative art and craft skills,  have a go at foraging, cooking over a campfire and learn from inspiring wild women, then join us!

Launching in May 2019, the Muddy Boots sisterhood will offer four retreat days across the year. The dates are; Saturday 18th May, 22nd June, 28th September and 26th October. You can join us for all four days or just book the one that suits you. We are now open for bookings for the dates in May and June

Each session will focus on a different season and the feelings and opportunities that this brings up for us. By taking our lead from nature, we deepen our connection to the natural world and find a little more harmony and ease in our busy lives. We will always meet on or near to a full moon in the hope that this will help to deepen our understanding of the natural cyclical rhythms that flow through us all.

Participants will be invited to bring along vegetarian food for a shared lunchtime feast around the campfire. Campfire snacks, hot drinks and other tasty treats will be provided. As well as lots of optional activity planned for each day, there will be opportunities to relax and just enjoy being in the wild woods of Glen Parva spinney.

Each retreat day runs from 10am-5pm and costs £45 per person. Advance booking is required and places are limited to 25 participants.
