Emily is the owner of Muddy Boots and a Forest School leader with 20 years experience of working in the Arts and environmental education sector.
Jodie is an experienced Forest school leader, she works at Muddy Boots and runs her own Forest school called Wild Willow’s.
Emily and Jodie will be leading foraging, campfire cooking, woodland craft and natural balm making activities for the retreat day.
The retreat day has grown out of Emily’s keen interest in Permaculture, especially the people care aspect – looking after ourselves and others in the most natural ways possible following patterns found in nature. Wild roots retreat days is a new venture for Muddy Boots that aims to provide fun, informative and relaxing experiences for the mothers who bring their children to Muddy Boots sessions.
