‘A midsummer dream’ focusses on the energy, vibrancy and excitement of high summer. This retreat day features a talk on womb wisdom, a chance to try ceremonial cacao, a mindful walk, foraging, campfire cooking, mini massages and making natural mobiles and/or dream-catchers. There will be plenty of time for a shared feast, lounging in hammocks, finding your perfect ‘sit spot’, reading inspiring books, chatting, dreaming and simply relaxing
